WTSWW's Pride Statement

The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales is proud to celebrate Pride Month. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy nature, regardless of how they identify.

We are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and vibrant environment for all our staff, volunteers, and visitors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, and we are actively working to make our organisation more representative of the communities we serve.

This Pride Month, we are celebrating the diversity of both our community and nature. We are committed to working towards a world where everyone can thrive, both in the natural world and in our society.

We are proud to be:

  • A voice for LGBTQ+ people in the conservation movement

  • An organisation championing diversity and inclusion

  • A force for change in the world

We invite you to join us in celebrating Pride Month and protecting our natural world.

Together, we can create a more inclusive, diverse, and accepting future.
